Prom- and party clothes
You can reserve an item against a deposit of 500SEK for three days. After that we require a decision. No further infortmation received then we will take that as an confirmation of your decision to buy the item. The deposit is non-refundable. Changes to the dress is excluded from the price.
Payment must be recived within 30 days from the order date. We can offer different options of payment, ranging from invoicing, cas, card or help with financing.
Bridal wear
If you are a bride, we rekommend that you book an appointment to try out our dresses in our lovely shop in Alvesta. We can offer you 20% off for any dresses for your maids of honour or any other guests shopping at the same time. Changes are not included in the price. A bridal gown can be reserved for three days against a desposit of 1000SEK. After that we require confirmation. Lack of confirmation will be taken as a positive confirmation, and the order is placed. The deposit is not refundable. Full payment must be received within 30 days from the order.
Changes
No changes are made to the dress until full payment is received.

Ordering online from Blondy & Blacky is easy, comfortable and safe.
When you see an item you want to buy, press the button "Buy" to get to the items details page. On the details page, you can choose colour and size. Make your choice and press teh button to add the item to your cart. Your shoppingcard is always shown at the top left of the page. You can then easily continue with your order by pressing the button "To checkout". In the checkout you choose payment methods and provide your contact details.
For dresses: in the comment area, please provide details of your height, bust size, hip size and waist size. This will help us pick the perfect dress for you.
For smokings: in the comment area please provide your lenght, chest size, waist and inner length of your legs. This will help us pick the perfect match for your body type.
After your order is placed, it is treated safely and confidentially. We receive your order and send you a confirmation via e-mail. After that we process your order and dispatch your items. It can take up to a week for a normal delivery.

Ordering via E-mail or telephone.
Currently we do not accept e-mail order or phone orders from outside Sweden. If you feel insecure about using your card online, please use PayPal or any other of our options for paying online.
What can I expect?
We always contact the customer to receive correct measurements, if not available on the order. We wat you as a customer to receive a dress perfect for you. Sizes can differ between different brands, so by giving us your measurements, we can pick a dress perfect for you. Even before your order is dispatched we can tell whether it will fit out of the box or if adjustments are needed.
We follow the Swedish rules for returns and you always have 14 days return right if your should not be happy with your purchase.
Adjustments
Adjustments of garments are often required. We are not all shaped like models, and even though purging might seem like a good idea to fit into a dress, we recommend that you contact a seamstress early and try on the dress with the shoes you have chosen, before you make any alterations.
Made to order
On some of our dresses marked with Y in front of the article number, we can offer them made to order. Your right to return the item is then revoked, as the dress is made specifically for you. If you are unsure that the dress is right for you, then choose a dress according to size instead, but be aware that you might have to do alterations. We will inform you ahead of time if this is the case.
Payment security
Payments are handled by our bank and are never processed locally, unless explicitly stated in contact with you. All order information is encrypted securly on a safe server.
Prices and taxes
We reserve the right to change our prices for reasons out of our control. Increased costs, freight, imports or increased taxes are areas which might affect prices. Price at the time of the order is always correct. They cannot be retroactively changed. Prices online might also differ from prices in our shop. Discounts are only available on stated locations and are not valid in conjunction with other potential offers.
VAT is always included at a rate of 25%, according to Swedish law. Prices will be adjusted if the rate is adjusted.
OBSERVE! Because of false orders, we will not process any orders without a security deposit. Orders paid by card or invoice will be delived using the Swedish postal service.
