Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We use the Swedish Post Office. Dresses that weigh under 4 pounds, we will send as insured delivery. Dresses that weigh over 4 pounds we will send as postal package.

 

 

Delivery times

The order will be confirmed and delivered on a required date, if requested. If we have the dress in stock, we will deliver 2-5 days after payment has been received. If ordering from the EU, expect at least 4 days for delivery, if you have not requested UPS.

We reserve ourselves against any delays outside our control. Increased security measures in customs might affect your delivery.

Costs

Shipping cost is currently £10 or €12 per order.

Returns

It happens that a customer is not completely happy with their product. 

1. Upon receipt of the package, check that the package is undamaged. If not, let the carrier know immediately. 
2. Visible damages on the goods must be reported to Blondy & Blacky immediately upon your receipt. 
3. Hidden faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Blondy & Blacky follow the  distans och hemförsäljningslagen(2005:59) (Swedish Distance and post order law). You will always have 14 days to return goods you have received. 

• The goods must be in unused condition and packaging. 
• Altered or used dresses will not be accepted as returns. 
• Costs for dry cleaning and removal of stains and smudges will be deducted of repayment after the receipt of the goods.

If order is wrong or has faults, we will pay for return shipping charges. If you return goods, because you have changed your mind, customer will have to pay for shipping charges.

 Avbokning

För alla paket som inte löses ut förbehåller sig Blondy rätten att debitera kunden kostnaderna för returfrakt, hanteringsavgift och expeditionsavgift (fn 5%av totalsumma).
